Welcome to my Massage Therapy Resources blog.

I love receiving and giving massage and the relaxation from stress which a massage brings.  Heading off to see a professional massage therapist is something which I should do more regularly as I have a wonderful therapist.  I enjoy receiving a massage so have written this blog for both the professional and the amateur masseur.  There are many wonderful gadgets and aids on the market so you can self massage as well.  I have also written a blog about the Massage Table as well!

I am a professional blogger and I enjoy writing and sharing information.  I have a tertiary degree in Music Education (I play the clarinet and piano) and I have a small business called Cheshire’s Creations.  I enjoy making people happy and giving them a smile.
